I’m Sharon — founder of O’Sullivan Fung – Business Development Strategy.

With a background in education and a brain wired for systems and relationships, I help founders and executives grow their businesses without drowning in the weeds. I focus on what actually builds trust and drives results: smart strategy, consistent outreach, and meaningful connection.

I spent years in education — earning degrees in Early Childhood and Montessori Education from University College Cork and St. Nicholas Montessori College Ireland — before launching this business in 2023. But I didn’t leave education behind — I brought its core strengths with me: clarity, empathy, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how people think and make decisions.

That insight helps my clients communicate more effectively, build trust faster, and stay focused on what actually moves the business forward.

Name Heritage: The O’Sullivan name comes from the Irish words Súil (eye) and abháin (one). The O’Sullivans were descendants of Eoghan (Owen) Mór, the father of Olioll Olum, King of Munster in the third century. The clan’s ancestral home is Castletownbere on the Beara Peninsula in West Cork.
